福澤諭吉記念慶應義塾史展示館は、江戸末期から明治を生きた福澤諭吉の生涯と、160年の慶應義塾の歴史を世の中に発信するため2021年にオープンしました。
その常設展示室と第1回企画展「慶応四年五月十五日――福澤諭吉、ウェーランド経済書講述の日」（2021年7月5日（月）～10月9日（土））から選りすぐりの資料約40点をおさめた図録の英語版です。
今なお色褪せることのない福澤諭吉および慶應義塾の核となる資料を通じて、手軽にその歴史を振り返るとともに、日々学び、自ら考え、議論することの大切さなどを改めて感じることができます。
